3D Offroad & Built2Wander Take on SEMA: Three Jeep Builds That Stole the Show
SEMA is where the best of the best in the automotive world comes to prove what’s possible—and this year, 3D Offroad and Built2Wander showed up in a big way with three standout Jeep builds across two major booths. From modern high-horsepower performance to classic military heritage, each build represented a different side of what we do best: precision fabrication, premium components, and real-world off-road capability.
Here’s a closer look at the three Jeeps that carried our banner across the SEMA floor.
392 Final Edition Wrangler — Optima Batteries Booth
The Built2Wander 392 Final Edition Jeep Wrangler Build
The crown jewel of our SEMA lineup was the 392 Final Edition Wrangler, fully built by 3D Offroad and showcased inside the Optima Batteries booth. This build combined extreme power with uncompromising trail performance and high-end finish work.
Key Build Highlights:
Currie Axles for trail-proven strength and reliability
Bilstein Suspension tuned for real off-road performance
Savvy Offroad Bumpers for lightweight durability and protection
KMC Wheels wrapped in aggressive Nitto 40-inch tires
Custom color-matched powder coating by Accurate Powder Coating (Denver, CO)
The result was a perfectly balanced Wrangler—brutally capable off-road, clean and precise in its execution, and refined enough to turn heads under the bright lights of SEMA. The 392 Final Edition proved that modern Jeep performance doesn’t need to sacrifice durability or design.
Custom Jeep Gladiator — Optima Batteries Booth
The Built2Wander Jeep Gladiator Build
Sharing the spotlight alongside the 392 in the Optima booth was a fully custom Jeep Gladiator, built with the same high-end parts package and attention to detail that defines every 3D Offroad project.
Matching Performance Package:
Currie Axles
Bilstein Suspension
Savvy Offroad Bumpers
KMC Wheels
Nitto 40-inch tires
Accurate Powder Coating’s custom color-matched finish
Built to be a true adventure platform, this Gladiator blended long-wheelbase stability with extreme trail capability. Seeing both rigs side by side gave visitors a direct comparison between short- and long-wheelbase Jeep platforms—each built to the same uncompromising standard.
Together, the Wrangler 392 and Gladiator represented what happens when high-performance parts, proper suspension tuning, and real fabrication expertise come together.
Jeep M715 Military Build — Turn14 Booth (On Behalf of Bilstein)
The 3D Offroad Jeep M715 Build
While the two modern Jeeps owned the Optima booth, the most unique build in our SEMA lineup stood proudly in the Turn14 booth on behalf of Bilstein Suspension—our fully custom Jeep M715 military build.
This project was a fusion of classic military heritage and modern off-road engineering. From the ground up, the M715 was transformed with full custom fabrication, modern suspension technology, and purpose-built upgrades to turn a legendary platform into a true modern trail machine.
The M715 attracted constant attention from enthusiasts, builders, and industry leaders who recognized the complexity of blending vintage steel with contemporary suspension performance. It stood as a shining example of how far a vision can go when it’s backed by engineering and craftsmanship.
SEMA 2026: A Defining Year for 3D Offroad & Built2Wander
Having two Jeeps showcased in the Optima Batteries booth and a third in the Turn14 booth representing Bilstein Suspension was more than just exposure—it was validation. These builds represented thousands of hours of design, fabrication, assembly, and testing, along with the trust of some of the best brands in the off-road industry.
For us, SEMA isn’t just about showing off—it’s about demonstrating what’s possible when function, reliability, and high-end craftsmanship come together.
What’s Next
SEMA is always a milestone—but it’s never the finish line. With new builds already underway and even larger projects planned, 3D Offroad and Built2Wander are continuing to push the boundary of what modern off-road vehicles can be.
If you’re considering a custom Jeep build, full suspension upgrade, or a ground-up transformation, now is the time to start the conversation.
