Sales Position

3D Offroad is looking to fill their front of office/sales position. We are a fast paced, team-oriented shop looking for goal-oriented talent that is not only currently knowledgeable but also willing to advance in the industry.

  • Must have knowledge in the off-road industry with great customer service skills.

  • Daily responsibilities include, but not limited to:

    • Answering the phones - answer customer questions, schedule jobs and communicate with clients about their projects.

    • Schedule appointments/jobs - schedule appointments for customers to bring in their vehicles for a quote. Schedule jobs for technicians.

    • Order correct parts for upcoming jobs.

    • Keep warehouse area organized.

    • Create detailed work orders for the technicians

    • Help customers by answering questions and recommend products/services that would be in the best interest of the customer.

  • We are looking for someone who is a great communicator and is a team player.

  • Our shop works on all 4x4 vehicles, not just Jeeps! Knowledge of products and industry trends is a must.

  • Individually dedicated and able to work with little supervision

  • Shop hours are Monday-Friday 8-5

  • Starting pay is negotiable based on experience, accrued/paid sick and vacation time and Chiropractic care monthly after one year.

Welder/Fabricator

3D Offroad is looking to add a welder/fabricator with extensive offroad industry experience to our fast-paced, team oriented shop. We are looking for goal oriented talent that is not only currently knowledgeable but is also eager to advance professionally.

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in welding and fabrication

  • Weld processes include: mild steel, aluminum and some stainless, MIG & TIG

  • Our shop also utilizes a TubeShark tube bender, mill and lathe

  • Individual must be able to conceptualize, draw on SOLID WORKS software and then cut it on a plasma table, fit-up and weld all our work is custom with no blueprints

  • Our custom builds can include bumpers, rock sliders, roof racks and tire carriers, etc., we also customize enhancements for trailers and RV’s

  • Excellent time management skills, able to participate in the bid for labor and materials, and complete work within the proposed estimate or be able to justify additional cost to the customer

  • Shop hours are Monday-Friday 8-5

  • Starting pay is negotiable based on experience, accrued/paid sick and vacation time and Chiropractic care monthly after one year.
